For a client in
Mannsville, NY, we are currently looking for a
User Helpdesk / 1st Level Support (m/f/d).


Responsibilities:


  • Support and assistance for IT end users on site / 1st level support (e.g. resetting passwords, resolving M365 issues)
  • Troubleshooting tickets after receiving information from the service desk
  • Setting up workstations / end devices
  • Creating documentation

Qualifications:


  • Completed education with a focus on IT (e.g. IT specialist) or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in supporting end users
  • Knowledge of common operating systems (especially Windows) and M36
  • Customer and serviceoriented approach
  • Fluent in German and good knowledge of English
