For a client inMannsville, NY, we are currently looking for a
User Helpdesk / 1st Level Support (m/f/d).
Responsibilities:
- Support and assistance for IT end users on site / 1st level support (e.g. resetting passwords, resolving M365 issues)
- Troubleshooting tickets after receiving information from the service desk
- Setting up workstations / end devices
- Creating documentation
Qualifications:
- Completed education with a focus on IT (e.g. IT specialist) or a comparable qualification
- Experience in supporting end users
- Knowledge of common operating systems (especially Windows) and M36
- Customer and serviceoriented approach
- Fluent in German and good knowledge of English

Mannsville, NY
