We are currently seeking a


Order Processing / Sales / Project Assistant (m/f/d) at our location in Heilbronn. The position can be filled full-time or part-time.


YOUR NEW RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administrative and operational support for the site and project management
  • Ensuring smooth order processing and office organization
  • Recording and tracking of order and project data in the system
  • Participation in the preparation of offers, including followup
  • Support in invoicing, verification, reporting, cost control, and general document management
  • Contact person for customers and the project team

YOUR QUALIFICATION PROFILE

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship, e.g. in automotive or industrial business management
  • Very good organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office products
  • Good manners and communication skills in German, as well as good English skills, additional foreign language skills are an advantage
