- Process customer payments accurately and efficiently using designated payment systems or platforms, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, billing errors, and payment disputes in a timely manner, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communicate with customers via various channels (phone, email, chat) to address payment-related concerns, provide payment reminders, and offer solutions to facilitate successful payment transactions.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of customer interactions, payment transactions, and resolutions in the company's database or CRM system.
