Job Description
Job Purpose
$500 million Thats the savings Sandoz has provided in just two years to the US healthcare system as a result of the successful adoption of one of our oncology supportive care biosimilar into clinical practice. Sandoz has eight biosimilar approved globally including four in the US and more than ten in the pipeline. Biosimilar may enable more patients to access advanced biologic medicines earlier, and Sandoz has proven that biosimilar offer significant savings for overburdened health systems. The Manager, Retail Pricing is responsible for actively collaborating with Sandoz Ethics, Risk and Compliance team and relevant functional areas to ensure effective, timely, and complete execution of all Corporate Integrity Agreement (CIA) related deliverables and any relevant audit, monitoring or Independent Review Organization (IRO) remediation. Other responsibilities in this role may include pricing department data analytics and monthly KPI reporting.
Major Accountabilities
Manages all CIA-related reporting requirements (Quarterly, Annual Price Reporting)
Manages communications with IRO and ERC organization, ensuring all deliverables are completed and submitted timely and accurately.
Provide support for all IRO and ERC audits
Works with Contracts Department and Market Access teams to ensure consistent preparation and review of documentation
Performs updates / creation / maintenance of required WPD (Work Process Documentation) maintained on SharePoint site
Ensures all documentation is saved in the correct locations, providing additional monitoring to ensure compliance
Additional KPI reporting and data analytics for retail pricing

Minimum requirements
Education/Experience :
B.S./B.A required
4+ years of experience preferably in pharmaceuticals/generics with emphasis in pricing contracts and finance. Commodity industry will also be considered.
Ability to work cross functionally and drive initiatives that span multiple departments
Process improvement mentality that identifies areas for more efficient and effective approach to contracting
Strong analytical skills
SAP, Excel, Access, Word experience preferred
Highly developed time management skills with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities with a high degree of initiative required
