Front End Associate


Duties:

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers at the front end of the store.
• Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Scan and bag items for customers, ensuring proper handling and packaging.
• Assist with sanitizing and cleaning the front end area, including checkout lanes and customer service counters.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area if applicable.
• Perform basic math calculations to ensure accurate pricing and change for customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations at the front end.

Requirements:

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Basic math skills to accurately handle cash transactions and calculate prices.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Flexibility to work in different areas of the store, including the kitchen or dining area if required.
• Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required.
