We are seeking a Real Estate Commercial Sales Agent to join our growing brokerage. This position requires someone who can multitask, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and work independently. The job will focus on the retail leasing and sales, investment properties and development opportunities side for your business.


Compensation:

$85,000 - $125,000 at plan


Responsibilities:


  • Seek out acquisition targets and grow book of leads to help ensure future growth
  • Research property maintenance costs and possible renovating costs so clients will have thorough information before purchase negotiations
  • Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market price for clients
  • Research real estate market area and provide information to clients so they can make an informed decision
  • Lead generation
  • Database generation
  • Database systems
  • Set appointments
  • Close sales
  • Commercial sales script mastery

Qualifications:


  • Some sense of marketing and advertising practices
  • Proven negotiating and communication skills
  • Self motivated and self sufficient
  • Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language
  • Real estate license
  • Commission opportunity
  • Good communication
  • Commercial real estate experience preferred
