Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the entire recruiting process
This includes: Creating and targeting job advertisements
Preselecting applications and coordinating appointments
Conducting job interviews or other selection measures
Hiring employees and supporting the onboarding process
You will advise and support employees and managers in all personnelrelated matters and cooperate with departments, the works council, and personnel service providers
You will assist with trade fair planning and implementation and maintain the career portal
You will actively contribute to shaping and developing the HR department

Requirements:

You enjoy recruiting and are familiar with personnel acquisition through social networks, digital media, and active outreach
You have a degree in business administration or a related field and have relevant experience in recruiting
You are responsible and have good organizational skills
You are empathetic, have strong communication skills, and can express yourself well both orally and in writing.
