Responsibilities


What to expect from us:


  • You are the first point of contact for our customers' concerns and complaints
and are available to them both by phone and in writing to work out a satisfactory solution

  • Your main task is the operational daytoday business in the sanitary wholesale industry
- nationwide

  • You clarify complaints with our suppliers and within our organization
  • You have an active role as a communicator/liaison with customers and suppliers for quality measures
Qualifications


What we expect from you:


  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and ideally have experience in the HVAC industry
  • You are a communication talent both orally and in writing
  • You are very service and customeroriented, and have the ability to work under pressure and in a team
  • You handle your tasks carefully and thanks to your strong judgment and resultsoriented approach, you always find the right solution
  • Openness, friendliness, and patience should be among your basic qualities
