- Design, implement and maintain data warehouse solutions including data migration tools, data modeling, data integration, data warehousing and database design.
- Design and shape the business intelligence architecture including recommendations for new tools & capabilities.
- Collaborate with BI Analyst and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation.
- Manage Power BI semantic models.
- Assist BI Analysts with complex DAX measures and optimization of measures to improve performance.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand and execute data requirements including the integration of data from all key applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, performance bottlenecks, and dashboard responsiveness problems.
- Lead projects to improve performance and functionality.
- Ensure data security.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or specialized training/certification, or equivalent work experience.
- 5-7 years' experience as a SQL Developer, BI Developer or Architect using an enterprise class business intelligence and analytics solution.
- Minimum of 3+ years' experience with Power BI Reporting Tool for creation of reports, dashboards and visualizations.
- 5+ years of SQL querying experience including ability to create/maintain stored procedures & structured views.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Data Analytics.
- Experience with Microsoft Analysis Services (SSAS), Microsoft Reporting Services (SSRS) and Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
- Experience working with relational databases, dimensional models, SQL queries, data warehouses, ETL processes, and database management systems.
- Experience with ETL/ELT tools, specifically Azure Data Factory would be a strong bonus.

This position works directly with executive team members, business leaders, analysts, and subject matter experts to understand data and reporting needs, identify analytics opportunities, design and implement data structures, develop data visualizations and reports to help company leadership tell impactful business stories. The Business Intelligence Developer works towards bridging the gap between business processes and business intelligence and will have responsibility to mine, summarize, and analyze data from multiple sources to help drive insights into business performance.
