    Description

    GEICO Technology Solutions is looking for a creative and motivated Manager to lead developers, engineers, and analysts building end-to-end solutions to reimagine our customers' Contact Center experience.

    The Enterprise Voice team provides architecture, engineering, operations support, and software development for a highly available, high-volume contact center.

    Basic Qualifications:

    - Experience leading and developing high performing development/engineering teams and functions

    - Working knowledge of object-oriented development, Microservices, and CI/CD (including Infrastructure as Code)

    - Architect, design, develop, troubleshoot, and implement cloud solutions across a hybrid cloud platform (COTS)

    - Experience with Amazon Connect and AWS services such as Lambda, Lex, Polly, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, Step Functions, AWS SDK

    - Proven ability to concentrate and demonstrate a capacity for learning technical concepts and adapting to new technologies quickly

    - A track record of successfully delivering high-quality, high-value projects

    - Ability to prioritize and drive results based on business value to the organization

    - Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences

    Preferred Qualifications:

    - Experience developing omni-channel (voice, chat, SMS) Contact Center solutions including natural language processing and speech-enabled grammar

    - Experience and passion for establishing and influencing best practices and coaching/mentoring associate performance

    - Experience defining SMART goals and composing performance reviews

    - Experience with strategic planning, resource planning, and budgeting

    - Experience working in a Scaled Agile (SAFe) Environment; Agile certification(s).

    - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience

    - AWS Certifications (Associate, Professional, Specialty level)

    Annual Salary

    $110, $236,500.00

    The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate's work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
