- Schedule appointment correctly - review appointment date, time, location, and provider name with patient.

Job DescriptionThe Contact Center Operator functions in a fast-paced environment answering calls for multiple primary care and specialty practices. Assures that each patient interaction is carried out with courtesy, care, and consistency while performing a variety of tasks to appropriately handle the patient/caller's requests. Tasks are related to appointment scheduling, telephone call triage, and gathering all appropriate information.
