    Op de afdeling Lifecycle Services richten we ons op service en lifecycle support van de installaties bij onze klanten. Met een team van klantgerichte en bekwame serviceprofessionals bieden wij modificatie, inspectie, onderhoud en remote support aan door operationele en technische ondersteuning, advies en training. Onze diensten ondersteunen onze klanten 24/7 voor maximale prestaties en beschikbaarheid van de installaties. Als gevolg hiervan zijn zij in staat om voortdurend concurrerende producten te leveren aan hun afzetmarkten. Onze afdeling bestaat uit ongeveer 60 medewerkers verdeeld over vier teams.

    **Field Support Specialist**

    Als Field Support Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het adequaat oplossen van storingen en de realisatie van modificaties voor serviceprojecten bij onze klanten. Je realiseert verbeteringen aan bestaande systemen waarbij de nadruk ligt op mechatronische en software systemen. Ook fungeer je als ambassadeur van de afdeling en adviseer je klanten over mogelijke verbeteringen van de installatie. Het meedraaien in een 24/7 consignatiedienst behoort tot je verantwoordelijkheden.

    ?De werkzaamheden vinden veelal plaats op locatie van de klant (70%). CSi heeft klanten over de hele wereld. Voor deze functie zal je een intern opleidingsprogramma volgen.

    **Jouw profiel**

    Je hebt een afgeronde HBO opleiding richting Mechatronica.

    Je bent ervaren binnen een soortgelijke functie, bij voorkeur binnen de industrile automatisering.

    Je hebt hebt gedegen ervaring met PLC software en robot systemen (CSi werkt met name met Allen Bradley en Siemens).

    Je houdt er van om te reizen en techniek is je grote passie.

    Je kunt je zowel mondeling als schriftelijk op technisch niveau uitdrukken in de Nederlandse en Engelse taal (Duits zou een aantrekkelijke toevoeging zijn)

    Daarnaast beschik je over de volgende competenties: zelfstandig, proactief, verantwoordelijk, klant- en servicegericht, leergierig en loyaal.
