    Institute for Interlaboratory Studies is een onafhankelijke en dynamische afdeling binnen de business line Natural Resourses - Oil, Gas and Chemicals van SGS. We organiseren een breed scala aan ringonderzoeken (proficiency tests, round robins, cross checks, collaborative trials) op het gebied van petroleumproducten, (petro)chemicalin en consumentenproducten t.b.v. de kwaliteit van laboratoria wereldwijd. We werken als team voor verschillende klanten wereldwijd om te zorgen dat laboratoria op een onafhankelijke manier de kwaliteit in kaart kunnen brengen en eventueel kunnen verbeteren.     **Functieomschrijving**

    Als Customer Support Specialist geef je support aan de klant, de deelnemer van een proficiency test of anderen binnen het deelnemende bedrijf van de klant. Je zorgt ervoor dat de klant verder kan met het ringtest onderzoek of de factuur kan voldoen. De klanten zitten verspreid over de wereld en dat maakt de functie erg divers en dynamisch. Je beheert ook enkele key accounts om een zo soepel mogelijk proces te creeren en de klant en afdeling verder te helpen.

    **Functie-eisen**

    De ideale Customer Support Specialist voldoet aan de volgende eisen:

    Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels in woord en geschrift;

    Goed overzicht hebben of creren;

    Assertief zijn en goed samenwerken;

    Goede beheersing met Excel en Word;

    Ervaring met databases is een pre.
