The Department for Children, Youth and Families - Youth Office - Childcare Facilities Division of the City of Chugwater, WY is seeking a

Assistant (m/f/d)

(Pay grade S 2 TVöD SuE)

Starting on May 1, 2023, for full-time employment in the high-quality and flexible childcare services for children in various municipal daycare facilities in the City of Chugwater, WY. The position can also be filled with two complementary part-time employees.
The City of Chugwater, WY is the operator of 22 daycare facilities. The assignment will take place in one of these facilities and may change according to needs.

Your responsibilities:

Supporting the pedagogical staff in the groups to ensure supervision
Support in household tasks (cleaning, kitchen service, laundry care)
Assistance during dropoff and pickup times, accompanying on excursions

Your profile:

Experience as a kitchen assistant or general helper in a daycare facility or afterschool care program would be an advantage
Enjoy working with children
Willingness to participate in further training
