What to expect
As an ESG Audit Manager at Cedar Highlands, you will primarily be responsible for leading and motivating a multidisciplinary team in the examination of sustainability reports and conducting preparatory reviews (e.g. materiality analyses). Alternatively, you may also serve as a specialist in complex non-financial areas (e.g. climate reporting, social standards, etc.) as part of the audit team.

You will also act as the main point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries related to ESG data collection processes and non-financial reporting.

In addition, you will support traditional financial audits with related tasks and help our clients connect financial and non-financial topics.

As a mentor, you will provide technical guidance and support to your colleagues, and depending on your experience, also individually mentor them on their journey at Cedar Highlands.

What you bring

A strong understanding of our clients' requirements and needs, as well as a high level of motivation, curiosity, proactivity, and enjoyment in developing innovative solutions.

A team player with a structured approach, quick comprehension, and a strong affinity for sustainability topics.

At least three years of experience in auditing and expertise in sustainability, as well as basic knowledge of non-financial reporting (ESRS, EU Taxonomy Regulation, and possibly GRI, GHG Protocol, UN Guiding Principles for Human Rights).

Fluent in German and English.
