We have the auditing rights for all types of cooperatives in all 16 federal states - with the exception of the banking sector.

We offer our member cooperatives efficient audits in accordance with legal requirements, necessary founding audits, as well as support for mergers and conversions.

In addition, we provide comprehensive consulting and support to our member cooperatives.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You are responsible for the preparation, organization, and follow-up of cooperative mandatory audits, ensuring a smooth process.
  • You actively contribute to the progress of digitalization in our auditing processes and act as a liaison between our members, auditing service, and IT.
  • You are in constant communication with our members, providing support and guidance.
