Job Description:
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as an apprentice in retail management at Takko Fashion. With over 1,900 stores in 17 countries across Europe, Takko Fashion is always close by.

If you have a passion for fashion and enjoy providing excellent customer service, then this is the perfect opportunity for you.

As an apprentice at Takko Fashion, you will not just be stocking shelves or making coffee.

Instead, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with customers and gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of the retail industry.


Your responsibilities will include working in one of our Takko Fashion stores, learning about daily operations such as purchasing, sales, marketing, visual merchandising, and customer service.

You will also attend a local vocational school to receive theoretical training.


Throughout your 3-year apprenticeship, you will have the opportunity to take on more responsibilities and even assume a leadership role in your department.

In your final year, you will receive intensive training in inventory and personnel management, preparing you to potentially step in for the store manager.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with people.

You should also have a good sense of fashion and be able to provide fashion advice to friends, family, and customers.

As a night owl, you will appreciate our flexible working hours, and as a team player, you will thrive in our collaborative environment.
