- Ability to generate up to 50+ hours for all Technicians
- Up to $59 for Entry Level Shop Foreman based on experience & qualifications

- Complete work on each repair order with efficiency and in alignment with dealership, state and factory standards.
- Address the customer's primary concern with diagnosis, repair and quality control.
- Perform the Multi Point Inspection on every vehicle
- Notify the Service Advisor promptly if the car has more or less concerns than you originally thought.
- Master our Dealer Management System for time keeping, work distribution, electronic inspections, repair quotes and communication.
- Keep your workspace clean and tidy and ensure that your organization will allow you to account for any and all dealership tools.
- Attend factory or dealership trainings with a positive attitude.
- Maintain knowledge of all factory bulletins.
- Understand federal, state and local regulations.
- Automotive technician experience or equivalent education
- A valid driver's license and a good driving record, per company standards
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities
- Process and detail oriented with developed organizational skills
- Ambitious and possess a desire to learn and grow within our company
