- Prioritize assignments based on urgency, skill levels, and workload, ensuring smooth workflow throughout the production floor.
- Provide effective leadership and guidance to automotive technicians and support staff.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, offering coaching, feedback, and motivation to enhance performance and morale.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and industry regulations.
- Implement and oversee stringent quality control measures to uphold the highest vehicle maintenance and repair standards.
- Conduct thorough inspections and audits to identify defects, discrepancies, or areas for improvement.
- Take proactive measures to address issues promptly and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid Driver's license, good motor vehicle driving record.
- Previous management experience preferred.
- Automotive Technician experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent, ASE Certification preferred.
- Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.; job involves considerable physical activity.
- Enjoy working in a dynamic environment with the ability to collaborate with others effectively.
- Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications.
