- Direct service line financial modeling, quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting process in financial system (i.e. Adaptive), adjust and refine financial templates as necessary to adapt to requirements of the business.
- Own all financial reporting in Workday Financial including any adjustments to current templates, creation of new reporting, and process improvement aimed at delivering high quality, timely financial information to support business objectives.
- Manage all expense modeling and transition current solutions to a more scalable platform. Analyze trends in business performance to assist Operations Leadership in optimizing outcomes. Leverage financial models to set appropriate budget targets.
- Partners with Operators to develop strategic plans related to cost control & initiatives, management of business-critical KPIs (financial and clinical), growth analysis, incentive comp, etc.
- Perform ad hoc analysis using data from various systems and package recommendation into clear and concise presentations.
- Identify variances, trends, and risk/opportunities through analysis of internal and external data.
- Manage multiple workstreams and collaborate with Operations, Accounting, and other functional areas.
- Lead and improve reporting process to reduce time and assist business in decision-making.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelors degree required. Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in Finance or a related field required.
- Prior experience and proficiency in financial reporting systems (i.e. Workday Financial) preferred.
- Prior experience with forecasting software (i.e. Adaptive Planning) preferred.
- Prior experience with Power BI or Tableau preferred.
