A South Bay professional services firm is looking for a Finance Manager due to company growth. Reporting to the VP of Finance, the Finance Manager will be responsible for planning, reporting, and acting as a subject matter expert for their planning tool. What do you need for this Finance Manager role?

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field
• 6+ years of finance experience
• Experience with using a financial planning tool or ERP system
• Advanced Excel
• Experience working in a mid-sized or large organization

What will you do in this Finance Manager role?

• Lead and oversee the reporting and planning
• Support month-end close and produce various reports related to the P&L, capex, and cash flow
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Manage IT requests for sales insights and performance management
• Assist with automation and process improvement projects
• Maintain and own the system implementation process
