Job Title:
Recruiting SME
Job Summary:
Be a part of our Talent Acquisition team as we partner with our managers and key leadership to find top talent in the government contracting space.
Responsibilities Include:
Sourcing key personnel for RFx bids and, when applicable, engaging these candidates for additional information or letters of intent (LOIs)
Reviewing RFPs for key personnel requirements, coordinating with recruiting administrator to arrange kick-off information sessions on key personnel requirements and general recruiting needs
Coordinating with supervisors, business development team, and hiring managers to understand position requirements
Reviewing and updating key personnel resumes
Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates with the required security clearances
Meeting monthly recruitment goals
Utilizing job boards, social media, networking, and other recruitment tools to source and engage qualified candidates
Conducting interviews, assessing candidate qualifications, and making recommendations for hiring decisions
Ensuring compliance with government contracting regulations and requirements related to recruiting cleared personnel
Managing candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Providing guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
Staying informed about industry trends, best practices, and changes in government contracting regulations related to recruitment
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors Degree
5-7 years of experience in a recruiting/talent acquisitions/sourcing role for both cleared and uncleared positions in government contracting
Experience with full cycle recruiting
Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs), knowledge of iCIMS is a plus
Desired:
Strong foundation of HR knowledge, including understanding of employment laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail
Work Setting and Environment:
Monday - Friday, normal working hours
Work is to be performed remotely
