Job Summary:
Be a part of our Talent Acquisition team as we partner with our managers and key leadership to find top talent in the government contracting space.
In this role you will get to build candidate relationships for future opportunities with the company.Responsibilities Include:
Sourcing key personnel for RFx bids and, when applicable, engaging these candidates for additional information or letters of intent (LOIs)
Reviewing RFPs for key personnel requirements, coordinating with recruiting administrator to arrange kick-off information sessions on key personnel requirements and general recruiting needsCoordinating with supervisors, business development team, and hiring managers to understand position requirementsReviewing and updating key personnel resumesDeveloping and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates with the required security clearancesMeeting monthly recruitment goalsUtilizing job boards, social media, networking, and other recruitment tools to source and engage qualified candidatesConducting interviews, assessing candidate qualifications, and making recommendations for hiring decisionsEnsuring compliance with government contracting regulations and requirements related to recruiting cleared personnelManaging candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Providing guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment processStaying informed about industry trends, best practices, and changes in government contracting regulations related to recruitmentRequired Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors Degree5-7 years of experience in a recruiting/talent acquisitions/sourcing role for both cleared and uncleared positions in government contractingExperience with full cycle recruitingHands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs), knowledge of iCIMS is a plusDesired:
Strong foundation of HR knowledge, including understanding of employment laws and regulationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managersProven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detailWork Setting and Environment:Monday - Friday, normal working hoursWork is to be performed remotelyHow FedWriters Will Compensate and
