**Job Responsibilities:**
Manage a staff of people to reach their full potential and monthly goals
Ability to multi task in a faced pace results driven environment
Analyze reports and portals to find areas of opportunity, root causes and prevention of errors
Ability to inspire, coach, train, build and maintain a high functioning team environment.
Proven record to meet goals and timelines
Ensure warehouse organization and cleanliness
Effective communicator, both written and verbally
Performs other duties as assigned
In addition to the Warehouse duties, this position may be responsible for the safe, timely and accurate delivery of customer's automotive parts to their location using a company provided vehicle; per location needs.
**Job Requirements:**
1-3 years of supervisory experience
5-6 years of previous experience in a warehouse/distribution environment
Positive work ethic
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
High attention to detail
Ability to interact with various levels of management and customers
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
Previous forklift experience is a plus
Valid Class C or D license; Class A or B is a plus
Clean Driving Record
21 years of age or older
Willingness to submit to and pass background check and drug screening test
