We are currently seeking a Community Manager to join our team at Traditions Denver, a 96 unit apartment community in Highlands Ranch, CO.
$1,500 sign on bonus included*Subject to change; restrictions applyPosition Summary:As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the property

Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goalsBuild strong resident relations and provide excellent customer serviceTrain, direct, motivate, and assist site personnelEstablish positive relationships within the communityBe on-call as scheduled by managementQualifications:
