What you'll do

  • Develop and execute integrated communications strategies aligned with HFCU mission and strategy to effectively engage internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Cultivate relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and other relevant stakeholders to generate enhanced brand visibility.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with all departments to support their communication needs and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Drive the development of compelling brand messaging and creative assets that resonate with target audiences and differentiate the organization in the marketplace.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
  • Manage social media channel strategy, ensuring consistent messaging, engagement, and growth.
  • Drive the development and implementation of marketing analytics frameworks to track and evaluate the performance of campaigns and initiatives, optimizing ROI and effectiveness.
  • Create compelling content for various communications channels, including newsletters, press releases, social media platforms and website updates.

Knowledge/Skills/Experience Required:


  • Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or similar. Professional certification a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in communications, PR, social media management, marketing analytics or related roles, with a proven track record of driving results in a leadership capacity,
  • Deep expertise in developing and executing integrated communication and marketing strategies across multiple channels and platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and expertise leveraging data and insights to inform decisionmaking and optimize marketing performance.
  • Excellent leadership, communications, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Strategic thinker with a customercentric mindset and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement

Experience:
Required

  • 10 year(s): expertise in developing and executing integrated communication and marketing strategies across multiple channels and platforms.
  • 10 year(s): experience in communications, PR, social media management, marketing analytics or related roles, with a proven track record of driving results in a leadership capacity,

Education:
Required

  • Bachelors or better in Communication
  • Bachelors or better in Marketing
