    Description


    Are you a go-getter with a great can-do attitude? Are you the go-to person in the office? We are currently looking for a Service Specialist in Milwaukee with a copy/print background that can help us digitize our documents by scanning paper copies.

    Attention to detail is required, and could be a temp-to-hire for the perfect candidatesalary: $16 - $18 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities Responsible for the pick-up and delivery of all mail/parcels as well as all copy, print and scan projects that area assigned to the Copy Center Responsible for document control and records management throughout the information lifecycle for physical and electronic records Answering telephone inquiries, loading/unloading parcels, delivering of parcels, copying, and faxing and guest requests Follow established guidelines and procedures for receiving, documenting, organizing and mailing out client packages (i.e. parcel deliveries, messenger services, etc.)
