About the Role:
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Reservation Agent.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring a seamless booking experience for our customers, assisting them with reservations, providing information about our services, and ensuring their needs are met from the moment they inquire about our offerings.
Key Responsibilities:

Assisting Customers: As a Reservation Agent, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with booking reservations for our services, whether it's hotel accommodations, event bookings, or other offerings. You will provide personalized assistance to each customer, understanding their needs and preferences to offer suitable options and recommendations.

Providing Information: You will serve as the main point of contact for customers inquiring about our services. You'll provide accurate and detailed information about available dates, rates, amenities, and accommodation options. Your knowledge and expertise will help customers make informed decisions that align with their preferences and requirements.

Customer Service Excellence: As a frontline representative of our company, you'll uphold the highest standards of customer service. You will address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with empathy and professionalism, striving to exceed their expectations at every interaction.
