    Description
    RESPONSIBILITES:
    • Formulate comprehensive strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability
    • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, consumers, and competitive landscapes
    • Create monthly reports of Sales and Collection regarding DSO markets
    • Set up new policies for special market customers and document the policies
    • Create marketing materials for targeted customers promoting Hiossen products
    • Create training materials for the sales division to enhance understanding of the DSO market and promote sales activities
    • Participate in projects with internal teams based on identifying problems and improvements in the current system
    • Other job and duties to support the DSO team
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Experience in customer management and sales
    • Ability to work across diverse organizations and teams
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
    • Bilingual in Korean & English preferrred
