    Position Description:


    Work Schedule:
    Full Time, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

    Work Location:
    Revenue Cycle, Avondale Business Center; Hybrid work scheduled available

    Plans, manages and oversees the activities related to the BI Development team. Develops and monitors goals and objectives for established area of responsibility.

    Develops and maintains the BI reporting frameworks, tools, and data marts; works cross-functionally with various business owners to determine and meet their reporting and analytics needs; and manages a team of BI programmers and developers to ensure timely high-quality reporting and analytics.

    Participates in the development and enforcement of policies and procedures; and sets workflow priorities and standards.

    Position Requirements:


    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    BS Degree in Information Systems, Statistics, Programming, Engineering or related field, and seven (7) years of experience in the analysis, design, development and implementation of database system software with data analysis and database technology experience required.

    Work experience may not substitute for degree requirement.


    Preferred:
    Master's Degree in business management or related field. Directly related work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

    Experience with BI technology software tools and techniques (preferably Tableau, Sequel and Crystal Reports) as well as database system design and analysis a plus.

    Business management experience in IT or BI industry. Experience with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and its key performance indicators is preferred. Experience with designing and developing executive level dashboards using business intelligence tools and data marts.
