As a trainee at Oak Hills, OR, you will begin by attending a multi-week training seminar at our training location in Leipzig to prepare for your upcoming project assignment.

The focus of the training will be on technical skills in electromobility, project management, soft skills, and personal development coaching.

After the training, you will work on a development project for a major automotive manufacturer, developing solutions for the future of electromobility.

Depending on your background and preferences, you may be involved in requirements management, simulation, system design, or testing of battery systems.

You will work closely with our experts, either on-site at our offices or remotely from home - the choice is yours We are looking for candidates with a degree in electrical engineering, electromobility, (industrial) engineering, mechatronics, chemistry, physics, or a related field.

You are excited about tackling complex technical problems and using your analytical skills and expertise to find solutions. Working in a team and communicating with clients is enjoyable for you. You are eager to actively shape the future of electromobility.

In addition, you are interested in being a part of our new locations in Leipzig and Magdeburg for the long term.
