Digital Content & Legal Advisor (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

You will support Bitkom committees and projects related to Intellectual Property, competition, labor, consumer law, contract drafting, and overarching legal policy topics.
You will coordinate political positions with our member companies and represent them to politics and the public.
You will prepare statements and professional guidelines with a focus on user perspectives and practical implementation.
You will conduct overall contract negotiations with collecting societies, for example for streaming services, and coordinate copyright arbitration proceedings.
You will organize and moderate professional events and conferences and represent Bitkom, for example in panel discussions or as a speaker.
You will respond to press inquiries on your topics and advise our press officers.

Your profile:

You are a fully qualified lawyer / inhouse counsel / attorney (m/f/d) with two aboveaverage legal state exams, preferably with knowledge in the abovementioned areas of law and possibly additional qualifications.
You have a quick grasp and the ability to clearly and comprehensibly present complex facts.
You have a strong interest in politics and an understanding of economic relationships.
