International Payment Processing Clerk (m/f/d) in Mayodan, NC

We are currently seeking full-time, numbers-oriented international payment processing clerks (m/f/d) to join our team in Mayodan, NC and support our international company in Regensburg.


Your responsibilities:


  • Support in international payment processing for accounts payable
  • Independent review of supplier invoices in close coordination with departments
  • Preparation and support for monthly and annual financial statements, as well as evaluations and statistics
  • Independent creation of internal and external data reports
  • Point of contact for customers for all specialized inquiries
  • Monitoring of all payment obligations and processing of reminders

Your qualifications:


  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship as an industrial clerk or similar
  • Strongly reliable and meticulous work ethic, with a pronounced affinity for numbers
  • Independent work style as well as team and communication skills
  • Proficient in common MS Office applications
  • Good English skills, both written and spoken
