    Overview

    We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer with a focus on Site Design, who will play a pivotal role in managing and developing a variety of civil projects.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land development, site design, and relevant permitting processes.

    Responsibilities
    Oversee and design a diverse range of projects including multi-use, residential, commercial, and educational developments.

    Manage the entire site design process from conceptualization to final approval, including stormwater management, grading, erosion control, and utility design.

    Conduct site investigations and research state and local design standards for compliance.
    Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and contractors throughout project lifecycles.
    Attend client meetings to discuss project progress, requirements, and any necessary adjustments.
    Local travel between New Jersey and Pennsylvania will be part of this position.

    Qualifications

    Minimum of 4 years of experience in land development and site design, covering sketch plans, site layout, grading, utility design, sewage planning, and relevant permitting processes.

    Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is a must, with knowledge of other related software being advantageous.
    Familiarity with relevant regulatory standards and permitting processes.
    Strong work ethic, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and high attention to detail.
    Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
    Track record of managing and designing multiple concurrent projects efficiently.
