- Oversee and design a diverse range of projects including multi-use, residential, commercial, and educational developments.
- Manage the entire site design process from conceptualization to final approval, including stormwater management, grading, erosion control, and utility design.
- Conduct site investigations and research state and local design standards for compliance.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and contractors throughout project lifecycles.
- Attend client meetings to discuss project progress, requirements, and any necessary adjustments.
- Local travel between New Jersey and Pennsylvania will be part of this position.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in land development and site design, covering sketch plans, site layout, grading, utility design, sewage planning, and relevant permitting processes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is a must, with knowledge of other related software being advantageous.
- Familiarity with relevant regulatory standards and permitting processes.
- Strong work ethic, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Track record of managing and designing multiple concurrent projects efficiently.
