- Learning and training system alignment with business and site expectations
- Review and updating of Fall Protection Risk Assessments
- Review and updating of equipment specific Lockout/Tagout procedures
- Review and support the implementation of the HSE management system
- Gain a broad understanding and overview of the HSE&S field
- Champion for Safety culture and engagement
- Build relationships with people leaders and employees; empower them to proactively find and resolve potential safety concerns
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in engineering, environmental science, health and safety or a science related field, in the United States
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future
- Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions
- Effectively organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality
- Collaborate with team members to convey ideas, share information, and provide updates on project progress
