Red Lick is currently seeking a Project Manager Thermosystems (m/w/d) with a passion for innovation, modern work methods, a respectful work environment, and a sustainable company culture.


In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading one or more development teams in accordance with the new Thermosystem roadmap, from project definition to project completion
  • Defining and aligning concrete and realistic project goals for the teams in relation to our future product development projects (PEP)
  • Building and managing the project team to achieve project goals
  • Ensuring adherence to project objectives, timelines, and budgets
  • Managing risks and preparing decision proposals for the Business Center and management
  • Facilitating workshops with development teams
  • Coordinating processes related to our PEP projects and establishing suitable team and communication structures
  • Conducting project controlling to ensure efficient processes and timely delivery of highquality results
  • Collaborating closely with all internal departments
To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in Business Engineering or a related field
  • Several years of experience in project management and product development
  • Experience in managing complex and crossfunctional projects
  • Knowledge of project management tools such as Confluence and Jira
  • Strong technical and analytical skills
  • A structured approach to work
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Fluent in German and English
