The position reports directly to the Chairman of the Board of elumeo SE.


To expand our team in Berlin, we are looking for a part-time (m/f/d) legal assistant or business lawyer/Bachelor of Laws (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.


Your responsibilities

  • Support the Chairman of the Board, Board members, and Managing Directors with all administrative and organizational tasks related to the annual general meeting, quarterly, halfyear, and annual financial statements, as well as Board meetings
  • Ensure compliance with standard processes
  • Preparation and followup of Board meetings
  • Management and timely publication of documents on the web, Federal Gazette, etc. in accordance with stock exchange regulations
  • Management of filing and archives
