    Summary:

    In this role, you will support various providers to drive products and contract price accuracy through daily root cause analysis of ERP product data and contract pricing. You will collaborate with other Analysts on the team to support various providers ERP product data integrity. You will implement changes within our providers ERP system to ensure we meet and exceed contractual KPIs and all product Service Level Agreements for managing and maintaining clean product data.

    Responsibilities:

    • Receive guidance and direction to perform basic analyses, data management, and research from preset guidelines.
    • Support the development of recommendations and alternatives to meet business needs of assigned areas.
    • Assist seasoned team providers as requested.
    • Use standard data methodologies on known data sources; analyzes information to identify trends and correlations among various data points.
    • Develop analytical reports as requested by others.
    • Work within established guidelines to support predefined data needs for project delivery.
    • Learn from peers and direct manager to gain knowledge and expertise.
    • Design and create charts, graphs, tables, and reports in accordance to established guidelines that support findings and recommendations.
    • Observe stakeholder meetings; learns about requirements and / or current business processes.
    • Receive guidance and direction to develop and maintain data sets.
    • Ensure that core cleansing activity accurately supports the provider and assist with changes within our provider's ERP system to ensure we meet and exceed contractual KPI's and all product service level agreements.
    • Assist in analyses and research in medical products to identify opportunities for data enrichment and price accuracy.
    • Assist in data standardization, vendor research, data categorization, contract research, price updates, price discrepancy review and resolution, and other tasks related to the cleansing and maintenance of provider data.
    • Show an active interest in your own work and suggests improvements to current ways of working with the different Vizient groups such as Product Sourcing, Contracting, PIM as well as our suppliers and providers.
    Qualifications:
    • Relevant degree preferred.
    • No prior work experience required.
    • Intermediate Excel experience preferred.
    • Basic SQL knowledge and data analysis is preferred.
    • Knowledge of medical products preferred.
    • Ability to act independently to research and resolve product/customer issues.
    • Experience managing item master and understanding of PO exceptions is preferred.
    • Experience working with Healthcare GPO, Distributor, and manufacture item data is a preferred.
    Estimated Hiring Range:
    $45, $65,350.00

    This position is also incentive eligible.
