    Position Summary
    Join us as a Senior Marketing Specialist - Automation! In this role, you will oversee the management of marketing automation platforms, working closely with internal teams, Business Units, and clients to implement strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities will include administering platforms, building workflows, and executing campaigns to drive growth.
    This role is crucial in driving organizational growth by collaborating with stakeholders to establish efficient marketing automation practices. Our ideal candidate is a data-driven individual who blends analytical skills with creativity, thrives in a collaborative environment, and brings valuable expertise to the team.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with Business Unit teams to develop lead generation and demand generation programs using platforms like HubSpot and Marketo.
    • Monitor campaign performance, suggest optimizations, and ensure best practices in campaign setup and management.
    • Build and update marketing campaign workflows to align with business requirements.
    • Analyze marketing data to shape future strategies and guide campaign performance effectively.
    • Create and manage SFDC campaigns for performance tracking.
    • Ensure proper data flow within the tech stack and assist in streamlining tech tools.
    • Coordinate with external partners, such as agencies, when necessary.
    • Perform other assigned duties.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    • Expertise in marketing automation, including lead and campaign management, and online marketing.
    • Familiarity with email best practices, CAN-SPAM laws, Marketo, and HubSpot.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong communication, and project management skills.
    • Self-motivated with a passion for creating efficient processes.
    • Data-driven mindset with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
    • Organized, analytical, and skilled in working with marketing databases.
    • Ability to earn trust and collaborate with key stakeholders.
    • Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of marketing experience.
    • 2-4 years of experience in Marketo and HubSpot.
    • Email marketing expertise, content creation skills, and troubleshooting experience.
    • Industry certifications in Marketo and HubSpot are a plus.
    Education & Experience

    • 3-5 years marketing experience with a Bachelor's degree.
    • 2-4 years of hands-on experience with Marketo and HubSpot.
    • Proven track record in email marketing, content creation, and global campaigns.
    • Experience in system troubleshooting and data management.
    • Certifications in Adobe Marketo and HubSpot are preferred.
