- Medicare product and benefit SME for assigned products
- Assist with annual product readiness and communications/trainings to internal operational departments
- Participate in peer review of mandated and marketing documents (EOC, ANOC, SB, sales brochures, etc.)
- Perform ongoing market competitive analyses, researching and analyzing Medicare market trends and monitor local market competitors and make recommendations for product improvements
- Provide ongoing service area analyses and identify potential scenarios and/or solutions that enable the organization to achieve its growth and retention goals
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- May support annual bid cycle and CMS PBP submissions
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field
- 5 years of related work experience beyond degree
- Experience managing or working with Medicare products
- Experience with Medicare Supplement plans, managing rate increases and working with a third-party administrator
- Strong analytical skills using Excel, pivot tables, reporting software (i.e., Tableau)
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of all Medicare plan types including Medicare Supplement plan
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills
- Self-starter
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
- Ability to collaborate with internal partners and external vendors
- Detail orientated, strong organization skills, and ability to meet deadlines

Description
Responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a portfolio of Medicare products/programs. Identifies critical topics for Medicare product strategy and assists in leading efforts to drive decision-making, bringing clarity to sometimes ambiguous situations. This position is a Hub role, which requires an employee to occasionally come onsite to a designated office for applicable heads-up work. Frequency is determined by business need as decided by leadership.
The full salary range for this position is $75,300 -$129,000. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data. In addition to compensation, Medica offers a generous total rewards package that includes competitive medical, dental, vision, PTO, Holidays, paid volunteer time off, 401K contributions, caregiver services and many other benefits to support our employees.
