    Finance Associate

    on behalf of an amazing early childhood education organization in

    San Francisco, CA

    This role is a exciting opportunity that offers a full-time onsite work schedule.


    PERKS:
    Immediate hire opportunityLong-term interim positionConvenient work locationMonday-Friday work scheduleHourly rate of $33-35/hr., paid weeklyWork with a dedicated community-based organization supporting children and families


    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Managing paperwork, filing, and processing checks.
    Monitoring credit card usage and managing Amazon invoicing.
    Entering check data into the Procare software system.


    QUALIFICATIONS:
    Proficient in Spanish is preferred (for filing assistance in admissions).Demonstrated ability to initiate tasks independently.
    Background in billing or contracts preferred.
    Experience with Procare Software.
    Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Microsoft Access.


    COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:


    This onsite contract opportunity allows you to work with an enthusiastic and thriving organization The pay range for this role is $33-35/hr., paid weekly.
