- Ability to manage complex business and technical engagements resulting in customer success and business growth
- Effective communication with a broad range of technical and non-technical individuals.
- A good understanding of the IC and software design and verification processes.
- Good understanding of SOC architectures, uProcessors, GPUs, design IP integration including firmware, bare-metal and drivers.
- Have a strong system engineering view, working with software and hardware teams, and familiarity with models ranging from abstract to actual production code.
- A BS with at least 5-8 years of experience in the IC or software design space is preferred.
- A history of success selling or supporting complex technical products and services preferably around the semiconductor industry
- Experience communicating business value to executives.
