    Summary:
    The main function of a Compliance Program Manager (PM) for Accessories is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, and product roll-out, etc. or any other non-IT based project. This role will function as part of a team embedded in the product development of Reality Labs accessories, gathering and communications requirements while tracking important program milestones. Compliance PM is expected to have a good understanding of consumer electronics, analytical testing, demonstrated experience in program management and has worked in a collaborative cross functional, fast-paced environment.

    Job Responsibilities:
    • Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
    • Clear and effective communication of HW Compliance goals and findings with cross functional team and leadership.
    • Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients.
    • Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
    • Confer with management, production and cross-functional teams to discuss project specifications and procedures.
    • Review and recommend or approve compliance plans.
    • Direct, review and approve product designs and changes that impact compliance.
    • Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications.
    Education/Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Experience working in the consumer electronics industry.
