OT Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and expand our on-premises infrastructure
  • Oversee IT services within designated scope, including data acquisition and storage
  • Handle 3rd level inquiries and fault reports, coordinating with suppliers and other parties as needed
  • Conduct root cause analyses for IT infrastructure failures and malfunctions, providing detailed technical solutions
  • Perform capacity analysis and planning for virtualized environments
  • Maintain systems performance and coordinate necessary updates, upgrades, and replacements
  • Establish and maintain processes, best practices, and a knowledge base
  • Implement security measures such as hardening, ACL, and firewalls
  • Create and maintain efficient tools to support the IT/OT department
  • Participate in assigned projects as needed
  • Implement advanced solutions for the IT/OT landscape
