At the earliest possible date, we are looking for a Product Owner for our location in Berlin at Oakdale.

Your responsibilities:
Responsible for the product development process of the customer portal from conception to market launch
Identification of customer needs and derivation of product requirements
Determination of functional requirements and processes in coordination with various stakeholders and definition of necessary implementation tasks (product backlog)
Management of the product backlog (building, sorting, and prioritizing entries in the backlog) and communication of the product backlog to the implementation/development team
Responsible for maximizing value of the implementation/development team and ensuring transparency regarding implementation progress
Assuming product owner responsibilities in a product owner team
Coordination with various teams, including development, design, and quality assurance
Ensuring clear communication and transparency within the team and towards stakeholders
Continuous monitoring and optimization of the customer portal based on user feedback and data

Your profile:
Completed degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable education
Professional experience in the mentioned area of responsibility as well as comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of product development and management
Demonstrable experience in building, conceptualizing, and launching customer portals
Experience in managing products from the Atlassian environment as well as using Scrum and other relevant tools
Customer and service orientation as well as the ability to mediate between different stakeholders
