    Description

    The Quality Assurance Manager at Disney Vacation Club (DVC) is responsible for managing the contract process to ensure accuracy, legal compliance, and excellent member experiences. Join our team dedicated to providing exceptional service and finding innovative ways to improve our business operations.

    Reporting to the Quality Assurance Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:

    • Contract Creation - Ensuring contracts meet legal and financial guidelines
    • Closing - Facilitating the closing process with DVC Members
    • Member Support - Assisting members with various inquiries
    • Credit Underwriting - Reviewing credit reports for financing approvals
    • Sales Support - Supporting the sales team with product knowledge
    • Pipeline Management - Ensuring contracts close within business goals
    • Inventory Management - Monitoring available inventory and fulfilling requests
    • Recording - Accurate recording of contracts
    • Member Administration - Updating memberships and processing contracts

    Basic qualifications for this role include hands-on experience in real estate or timeshare contracts, time management skills, ability to work with multiple teams, critical thinking, and excellent communication skills. Preferred qualifications include proficiency in Spanish, a Notary license, and experience in real estate transactions. Required education is a high school diploma, with a bachelor's degree preferred.

    Disney offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, savings benefits, educational opportunities, and more. The hiring range for this position in Anaheim, CA is $63,400 to $85,000 per year.
