    This position is very rewarding with excellent earning potential. Supervisor assist Manager in the day-to-day production of marketing reps.

    Assist Manger in setting weekly schedules, perform one on one evaluations for all reps by-weekly assist in the Monthly team meetings.

    Report to Manager weekly for a one on one.
    Maintain professionalism, open door policy with all Reps, most importantly lead by example.
    QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty proficiently.

    Excellent Communication skillsEnjoys working in a fast passed environmentPossess strong interpersonal skillsLeadership QualitiesMake decisions quickly and efficientlyDuties and Responsibilities Assist Manager in recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, coaching and motivating sales associates.

    Assists Manger in one-on-one conversation weekly with each sales associate.

    Assist in the work performance of the staff in how they deliver the sales pitch and ensuring that the Company approved training program is delivered to all associates.

    Ensure that the standards and policies of both Westgate and our partners are upheld. Ensures that professionalism and care are put forth when going through the Details of Participation with the customer.

    Assist in maintaining inventory of and place orders for all necessary collateral including, but not limited to, lead slips, pitch cards, maps, etc.

    Takes-over and/or enters sales for an associate that is struggling in an effort to close and train them on how to handle objections and close sales.

    Immediately reports all customer service issues up to their manager and/or Area ManagerEnsures the cleanliness of their work environment as well as the compliance of their associates as it relates to following the company published dress code, uniform requirements and name badges.

    Assist in generation of Leads and selling OPC Tours and Vacation Packages and not limited to personal production.
    Completes and submits new hire onboarding paperwork as required by Human Resources.

    Follows company policies and procedures including but not limited to ethics and compliance and ensuring the company approved method of selling is being trained on and utilized.
