- Support the Center Director in implementing and supervising curriculum and activities that promote the physical, social, and cognitive development of preschool-aged children
- Assist in recruiting, training, and managing a team of educators and caregivers
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness to ensure compliance with state licensing requirements and company policies
- Build positive relationships with parents, addressing their concerns and providing updates on their child's progress
- Collaborate with the Center Director to develop and maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Handle administrative tasks such as budgeting, purchasing, and maintaining records/documents
- Assist with marketing and enrollment efforts to attract and retain families
