Making changes to payroll
Coordinating tax updates and amendments
Reconciling ADP annual tax reports
Updating payroll records
Assisting with audits
Preparing payroll reports
Creating new tax withholding and/or sui account numbers
Reviewing and reconciling ADP quarterly tax reports
DUTIES:
The duties of the Payroll Coordinator include but are not limited to the following:
Handle all payroll related functions
Process payroll, taxation forms and benefits
Maintain and update employee data
Respond to payroll inquiries
Process new hires into payroll system
Update employee information in payroll system
Process payroll entries received from employees and divisions into ADP WFN
Respond to telephone and email inquiries
Review payroll reports and confirm accurate payroll processing and reporting of information
Create ad-hoc reports
Review federal, state withholding and unemployment tax information
Review and reconcile federal, state withholding and unemployment tax disbursements made by ADP
Coordinate tax updates and amendments with ADP
Create new tax withholding and/or sui account numbers
Review and reconciling ADP quarterly tax reports including, but not limited to: Statement of Deposits and Filings, Quarterly Tax Verification Letters and Quarterly Wage and Tax Reports
Reconcile ADP annual tax reports including Statement of Deposits and Filings, Quarterly Tax Verification Letters, Quarterly Wage and Tax Reports and W2 s
Create and modify payroll processing instructions
Update payroll records and make required changes
Prepare payroll reports weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports (gross payroll, hours worked, vacation accrual, tax deductions, benefit deductions, etc.) for management
Oversee internal payroll and accounting audits on a semi-annual basis
